The journey to conceive is often accompanied by emotional stress. As time goes on, internal pressure builds up, and fears and worries can arise. This is exactly where we want to support our patients:

In collaboration with Christin Schrörs (systemic coach specializing in fertility), we offer our patients an exclusive online workshop on the topic “Stepping Off the Mental Roller Coaster—Mental Stability in the Journey to Parenthood.” 

Many women experience the following during fertility treatment:
•    Ruminative thoughts
•    A loss of control
•    A feeling of isolation

This workshop provides practical tools to break the cycle of ruminative thoughts and regain a sense of control—together in a safe and supportive environment.
